You will ended up with no clue what to buy. Those who are planning to adopt the paleo diet, its important to know what you should buy. So here is the paleo diet grocery list for your big changing lifestyle.

It’s not everything, but it’s alomost perfect to start this journey.

First part of Paleo diet grocery list is Proteins:
There will be a lot of proteins to eat to make your diet a yummy one.

  • Seafood: Wild caught seafood, not farmed. Salmon, tuna, shrimp, trout, swordfish, crab are some good choices.
  • Poultry: Fully postured and organic. 1st item will be egg. There will be chicken, turkey, hen, goose added to the list.
  • Grass-fed animals: steaks, ground beef, lamb, goat, pork, bacon and sausage are the perfect for your paleo diet.

Second part of Paleo diet grocery list is Vegetables:
